Pantry Staples for LEFTOVERS Recipes:

Wylers Shakers

 

— Chicken Flavor

Swanson Broth 99% fat free

 

— Chicken (plain and seasoned)

 

— Beef (plain and seasoned)

 

— Vegetable

Garlic

 

— Fresh

 

— Bottled crushed

Lemon Juice

 

— Bottled

 

— Fresh

Reynolds Oven Bags, Large size

Velveeta Cheese

Bisquick Low fat, for dumplings

French's French Fried Onions for use on top of casseroles

Barley

 

— Cooks in 10 minutes

 

— Cook and add to canned soups

Swanson Canned Chicken

 

— 5 oz. add to canned Chicken noodle soup

 

— 10 oz. use for quick sandwiches or salads

Progresso canned bread crumbs

 

— Plain

 

— Flavored

Dried beans and peas

 

— White Northern beans

 

— Dried Green Split Peas (I use recipe on the bag, but I don't sieve mine.)

Martha White potato flakes (2 oz. bag)

 

— Use a little to thicken soups or chili

— Try new ones in small jars (McCormick packs a O.7 oz. size)

Serve Vegetables and Fruits at every meal

 

— Fresh or frozen or canned

Use White Vinegar to wash all fresh vegetables and fruit.

 

— Cover with water and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup White vinegar.

 

— Swish and/or rub each piece. Rince under running water. (Eat Less Pesticide)
